Any copy of the Concept on the exclusivity will be treated as a Breach of Understanding. eTrans Bazaar collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our services. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you register or putting an auction/bid, submit search query, upload documents during Registration and Renewals, Purchase of a New Vehicle, or contact us for support. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our services by, for example, using technologies like analytical tools, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running by you. We also obtain data from third parties for rating.

eTrans Bazaar uses the data we collect to provide you the services we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your efficiencies and profitability. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about new load posting, security updates, service information, etc. And we use data to help show more relevant posts, whether in the preferred zone or type of vehicles, or in products offered by third parties in terms of Advertisement flashed on the portal. However, we do not use what you say in email, chat, video calls or voice mail, or your documents, photos or other personal files to any other 3rd parties if not been recommended by you.

With an eTrans Bazaar account, you can sign into for accessing the eTrans Bazaar products/services, as well as those of selected eTrans Bazaar Partners. eTrans Bazaar can help you understand and manage your requirement type data. The system helps you keep track of data like searches, preferences, recommendations, etc. The System can also be used to receive notifications from your phone through an App provided by eTrans Bazaar. The System sends data to eTrans Bazaar's servers and allows you to manage and control the data. The eTrans Bazaar System provides the transparency and choice to its users. The system user specific and is a personal choice of gathering, editing, participating, and creating data online. With the eTrans Bazaar system, you can also choose to share your support system data with related professionals or associations or agencies or corporates on the basis of consent raised by the User.

eTrans Bazaar services collect and use your data to provide the services, which includes improving and personalizing your experiences and searches with preferential sets. The eTrans Bazaar services is not combined with data of other eTrans Group of Companies services, or used for other purposes without your explicit consent. Only the exception is of generating locational data services captured from VTS is transferred to eTrans Bazaar system.

We work hard to protect eTrans Bazaar and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

• We encrypt many of our services or data captured in the system.
• We offer you two step verification process before registering you to our system.
• We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
• We restrict access to personal information to eTrans Bazaar employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by eTrans Bazaar and its affiliates, including Franchisees, services eTrans Bazaar provides on Mobile devices, and services offered on other sites (such as our advertising services), but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
