Any deviation of time will allow the Service Buyer to opt out for other vehicles which will be referred by the eTrans Bazaar System. On the other way round to ensure load availability and reduction in idling at Loading / Unloading points eTrans Bazaar Team will ensure Support to the Service Provider and will provide substitute load or will help in evacuation of the vehicle at the earliest.

Regarding the Cargo Safety, all cargo which is booked through eTrans Bazaar platform are insured. Any differentiation in the Claimed Amount and Recovery will be taken care by eTrans Bazaar Team.

All vehicles participating in eTrans Bazaar platform are fitted with Vehicle Tracking Devices (VTS) and will provide updated locational information 04 times daily to the Service Buyers. However, the Service Provider can track his vehicle in every 10 mins interval from the support site provided by eTrans Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Service Buyer can track on the basis of Invoice No. or the Vehicle No. only when in Transit with his Cargo only.

eTrans Bazaar will provide every support not only to the Registered Parties but also the Associates of the Registered Parties Registered in the eTrans Bazaar platform say Drivers, Vehicles, Consignee, etc. eTrans Bazaar will provide services such as:

• Information on Route including Costs (Toll, Fuel Rate) and Vulnerabilities
• Suggested Rates on the basis of Trend Analysis
• Insurance Support and Accident Support Systems
• Digitized Payment Mode at Refueling Stations, Food Joints, Resting Places, Ancillary Purchases, etc.

For enjoying the functions of the site, eTrans Bazaar access is free (provided the Applicant is approved by the System). eTrans Bazaar will charge with a % Share on the Freight Value as a Facilitation Fee. Over and above, eTrans Bazaar will provide mandate VTS to the Vehicles participating in the platform against a charge of Rs. 5000/- as onetime fee. This fee is refundable to the Service Provider, provided the Service Provider completes minimum of 08 successful services in 06 months’ time frame from the date of registration to the platform.

Access the Claim section from the Admin Area and press the Register Claim button to open a new incident. After completing the details of the claim and attach the justifying documents, your claim will be forwarded to the respective claim recovery team, and the claimed company will be notified by e-mail. The support process team will investigate the incident, will submit a report along with the report submitted by the Insurance Company. Once the Insurance Company pays off the loss amount still if anything found as a leftover will be settled by eTrans Bazaar.
